DESCRIPTION:·  Let’s talk tomatoes! The Olmsted County Master Gardener Volunteers’ booth will be bursting with a wide variety of tomatoes in all stages of growth. Volunteers will share growing tips\, answer questions about tomatoes in a home garden\, offer info about common problems/diseases/pests and share healthy ways you can use ripe summer tomatoes in recipes. \n·  Kid’s Corner: Egg Carton Seed starting. Volunteers help kids plant seeds in egg cartons. Handouts on how to care for seeds/seedlings will be in hand for kids to take home. Play a matching game to teach kids about growing plants.
